Replacement, Return & Warranty

Raiash Factory provides the best after-sales services  to our customers and many of our products are covered by warranties and the right to maintain, replace or return, in line with  the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is necessary to  know that the warranty  starts from the day the product is received, and  when there are notes, the original purchase invoice must be submitted as proof of purchase, and the invoice is not used to apply the warranty, and the  replacement, return, warranty and all services provided by Raiash factory apply to the first beneficiary only.

 

There are controls to ensure the products of the Raiash factory that must be clarified, namely:

1- The warranty does not apply to products that have undergone external maintenance or have suffered fractures, blows or cheeks.

2- The  warranty does not apply to  products that have used chemicals to clean them.

3- The warranty is not valid in the event of loss of the official invoice stamped with the guarantee stamp.

4- The maintenance service is provided after the guarantee with a financial value estimated after the disclosure of the product.

 

The exchange or return policy shall be  in accordance with the following conditions and controls:

1- Replacement  or return is allowed within 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice and before receiving the product.

2- Replacement or  return is allowed within 3 days from the date of receipt in the event of a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is in the  same condition as the  original upon receipt, and the product  mustnot be made with special specifications for the customer.

3- Upon accepting the return of the goods and the amount paid, the company transfers the amount to the beneficiary who owns the invoice within 10 working days.

4- Any product manufactured at the customer’s desire and choice with specifications, designs or sizes of the customer’s choice, or in the event  of a color change, addition or modification, the customer is not entitled to request a replacement or refund after 3 days from the date of issuing the invoice.

5-  In the event that the customer does not receive the contents of the invoice within a week from the date of delivery, a storage fee of 100 riyals per day  will be calculated on a storage period not exceeding 60 days, and in the event that  this period expires and the customer does not receive ordemand delivery, the management has the right to take what it deems appropriate regarding the products without anyresponsibility for it,  The customer is not entitled to demand the delivery of the order in the invoice or any compensation.

6- In the event of an error from the customer in the measurements of a product that was not manufactured by special request, the  company has the right to deduct the exchange anddelivery fees.

7-  In  the event  that it is not possible to  bring the  product into the customer’s home, the customer will bear the fees of the crane or winch.

8-  In the event that the customer pays the fees for raising the sizes, they will be deducted from the value of the invoice when the customer completes the  purchase process,  andin the event that the purchase process is not completed within a maximum period of 60 days, he is not entitled to claim these fees.

9- The company is not responsible for any defect or deficiency after the customer signs the delivery voucher.
